Officer Reports

	President
		-Someone is doing 1776 DVD’s
		-Prod Team for LLD is official
		-Sideshow has been selected (Audience in Academy Hall the 23rd and 24th of Oct); there is now a call for producer (Wednesday at start of Ecom Meeting)
		-The list has issues: the VCC is looking into it
	Business Manager
		-No one can spend money for the next week. The union’s BM is on vacation
		-New Depot cards will take a while
		-Do not have rights to sideshow (We will soon)
	TD
		-We still do not have the building (Be respectful)
		-Building is falling apart (FIXX requests will go out)
		-Blues Band has the building 23rd and 24th of Oct 
		-We are doing Sound and Lights (Will be looking for Ops)
		-We have the last fire inspection before we get fined:CLEAN EVERYTHING	 
	Secretary/Historian
		-Script Archive is in the process of getting organized
		-Posters need to be picked up and two other posters dropped off
		-Sent out email about Show Selection Meeting, email me if you have any questions
		-If you see any problems with the website, please email the webmaster
			-Check you roles for shows on the website
	Membership Chair
		-We have a membership they are tired and grumpy
		-Making sure freshman get on the players list
		-ListProc: if you have a gmail you should probably put your rpi address on temporarily
		-TD STILL WANTS A ROLLER DERBY NIGHT
		-When we get the building back, MemCom sign up lists will go up
		-Games in the Dark Night? –Sounds good
		-Shakespeare Movie night tonight! Be there or be not awesome
		-Players are allowed to be in building after 5 if quiet and respectful 
		-Also allowed at Wednes
Publicity 
	-$600 in ads collected for Players
	-Season Art being done now
	-We have a times union account
		-We will show up on their calendar 
LLD
	- We have auditions 9/12 and 9/13
	-Assistant calls are out. (Calls should end after auditions)
	-We have spent no money
	-Have preliminary designs
	-When is tech Sunday? –probably before
	-Why are assistant calls going out before Side Show prod team? –more important to get people trained, T-comm can fill in
	-Prod meeting Tuesday at 6
New Business
	-EOP:  What about 1 full show? –that’s up to the EOP Show selection Meeting
