Officer Reports

	President
		-Blues Band is performing alumni weekend: call for sound and light are still open
		-Sideshow is also performing alumni weekend in academy
		-1776 DVDs coming out soon
		-Cans! Don’t put cans in the green recycling bins. Also please pour out soda.
	Business Manager
		-Depot Cards are in! –Follow Depot Card rules 
			-Ask people to go with you, not to give you their card
		-EOP show selection: ordering a script, please do it before 10/4
		-Two scripts have been ordered for EOP
		-Light board will hopefully be fixed by next general meeting
		-Follow receipt policy for your show. If not sure ask BM or your producer
	TD
		-Building is not on fire
		-FIXX: Fire door, Chimney cleaning (phys-fac request)
		-We passed fire inspection!!
		-Building is being used by LRC on Tuesday and Friday: don’t be in house or on stage
		-T-com! Spend your budget! Also start planning budgets!
		-We can now use Union Van
	Secretary/Historian
		-Posters need to be picked up
		-Script Archive is being organized
		-Show selection is open: please see website or email sechist
	Membership Chair
		-Mem-Com meeting is Tuesday at 5!
		-Opera tickets happened! We got free tickets and it was fun
		-TIPS training is in the works: please respond to whenisgood
		-What are you doing for Halloween? –talking about it at Mem-com
Publicity 
	-Season marques will be up later this week
	-There will be season t-shirts

	-Rehearsal today at 7-10. 
	-We have assistants.
	-Budget has not been spent yet: people need to talk to director
	-Prod meetings are Tuesdays at 6
