Officer Reports

	President
		-Basement Blues Band is in her on Saturday, help is needed to set up
		-Improvcapella: sound and lights are still needed (night is next Friday) 
		-Have to talk to RPITV about 1776 Act 2
		-Need to talk to Union about our constitution
	Business Manager
		-Recepts are coming in
		-Pizza money in office: BM will be at sideshow not work party
		-Must order ticket stock
		-Trash and vaudeville needs to hand in sheet
		-Things are going to be ordered from Hot Topic for LLD
	TD
		-FIXX: Get marquees hung
		-Fire door is still broken (please do not open fire door)
	Secretary/Historian
		-Posters picked up and hung up
		-VIP letters are out
		-Scripts need to be filed
		-Respect the Office
		-Notes will be going up on website
		-Constitution is on website
	Membership Chair
		-Had apple picking: Super fun
		-We have TIPS training scheduled: Nov 4th 4-7 pm
		-Get alcohol permit 
		-Next memcom meeting? –probably next Tuesday 
LDD 
	-We are spending budget
	-Have costume design: is too big. Asking actors if they’d like to buy their costume 
	-Will have work party at 7, then we’ll be having special work parties
	-Have sword in the mail 
Audience
	- Opening this weekend at 8pm
	-RPITV must be contacted
	-Spent about $20!
	-PLEASE COME SEE IT!!!
