Officer Reports

	President
		-Blues Band happened. Brought in 110 in donations. They’d like to do it again
		-Improvcappella is happening on Friday. Work Party moved to another day
		-Must download act 2 from RPITV
		-Sent emails about our constitution 
	Business Manager
		-Costume came in
		-Receipts are being processed
		-We made 110 off of Audience in donations
	TD
		-FIXX: Talked to Jean about back door. 
		-Do not have the building on Friday. Work Party will be moved to Saturday sometime
		-Marquees are down from blues band
	Secretary/Historian
		-Posters will get picked up on Friday
		-EOP show selection meeting happened! Getting rights now.
		-Pre-mainstage meeting is coming up! Please submit shows for next years mainstage!

	Membership Chair
		-LLD alcohol permit will be done soon
		-We don’t have the building for most of Halloween weekend
		-Parents weekend! We will give tours to them
		-TIPS training: roster is being sent in. Its happening on the 4th of November

	-Ironing out things with costume supplier
	-Actors are off book
	-Tech will be ready for Tech Sunday.
