	President
		-RPI TV account works, so we can get Act 2
		-Call for Drowsy Producer closes on the 22nd: Put in
		-Calls for Musical director and choreographer are also out 
		-Need to send an email about choreographer job to Erika 
		-Sent an email to Mary about meeting with her tech
	Business Manager
		-We will have start up cash
		-Tcom budgets are due on the 18th
		-Finalizing budget on Tuesday
		-Have a quote for a ticket printer 
		-There is no BizCom
	TD
		-FIXX reports have gone out
		-Jean has also sent out FIXX reports
		-New lead in FIXX: he asked Jean to do a walk through
		-Trying to get on the 10-year plan: creating a wish list
			-Paint, Costumes Floor, Roof, backstage heating
		-Emailed Mary about what she wants for set
	Secretary/Historian
		-Have room for Show Selection Meeting: CII 5003
		-Meeting Minutes to go onto website
		-Need to go over Players Status
		-If you want a headshot sent it to webmaster
		-Show Ecom how to add to open calls on the website
	Membership Chair
		-Closing new members list
		-Have alcohol permit
		-Call for TIPS servers and DJ
		-We all passed TIPS training and looking for cards now
		-MemCom: Theater Slam/Spam was discussed
