Officer Reports

	President
		-Calls for sound and lights for Blue Band: please answer
		-Need people to set up for Blues Band on Alumni Weekend
		-General meeting this weekend: counts for Show Selection
		-1776 video in progress 
	Business Manager
		-Depot cards: no way to currently to know status. Will know on 13th of Oct
		-Got ahold of Caleb, will send depot card back
		-Will be ordering a script for EOP, if you want to read and submit a script please talk to    BM-Please send her a link
		-We are getting light board fixed	
		-If anyone has done box, you should send ticket reports for box
		-TCom – Remember you need to buy all the supplies you need! Then come see BM
	TD
		-More FIXX requests.
			-Sound flooded
			-Makeup floor needs to be redone
			-Fire door
		-BUILDING IS NOT ON FIRE
		-The DCC fire alert is currently on hold…
		-LRC will be here next week, be respectful
			-Will have to clean off stage
	Secretary/Historian
		-Posters need to be picked up
		-Scripts for archive are still in process
		-Poster of Shows! Have a new one but will have to be changed to accommodate EOP and Audience 
	Membership Chair
		-Can go to Opera night! Like now! There are still 2 free tickets
		-MemCom list is out, you can sign up.
		-1st MemCom meeting will happen on Tuesday at 5
		-TIPS training – whenisgood needs to go out
LLD
	-Had a Work Party-it went slow but we should have a finalized design soon

	-Have prod team and cast
	-Had rehearsal and rehearsal schedule 
	-Have 1st prod meeting tomorrow
	-Have SMALL budget
	-Scheduling with Academy
